We are looking for a Junior Vertical Sales Specialist, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the – eMobility area.

Your Challenge

As Junior Vertical Sales Specialist – eMobility, your mission will be to support the growth of Siemens’ eMobility business within priority vertical markets (e.g., CPOs, fleet operators, Bus & Truck OEMs, public transport operators/authorities, EPCs, system integrators) by qualifying opportunities, orchestrating internal stakeholders, and helping position our portfolio to enable successful project acquisition.
Your main activities will be:

  • Support sales execution for eMobility solutions across the assigned verticals, from early discovery to handover.
  • Contribute to opportunity qualification, consolidating customer needs, business case inputs, and competitive insights.
  • Prepare and participate in customer presentations and demos, helping senior sales articulate value and differentiation.
  • functional teams (sales, proposals, technical experts, project management, finance, customer service) to keep deliverables aligned and on time.
  • Build market & application knowledge on EV charging ecosystems, use cases, and trends to inform positioning and messaging.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • facing roles in industrial/tech/energy environments
  • Foundational understanding of eMobility/EV charging or related energy technologies and a strong willingness to deepen it quickly
  • Communication and presentation skills with a proactive, structured working style and attention to detail
  • Team collaboration mindset, able to engage partners and internal stakeholders effectively
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
