What Are My Responsibilities?
- Execute assigned tasks from the Service Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Team Leaders in a timely and quality-driven manner.
- Act as a technical expert for assigned systems, sharing knowledge and supporting relevant stakeholders.
- Perform third-level fault analysis and troubleshooting for complex technical issues.
- Respond to technical inquiries and provide expert guidance to field personnel and team leaders.
- Carry out planned and preventive maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance plans and work orders.
- Support incident analysis and remote troubleshooting as a Mobile Service Technician when required.
- Contribute to the update and improvement of technical documentation.
- Support maintenance optimization, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define revision materials, prepare quantity lists, and support revision planning when required.
- Support risk assessments, maintenance planning, regulatory compliance reviews, and ECM-related processes.
- Provide technical input to ECM risk assessment activities and support ECM II & III teams with impact analysis related to regulatory and standards changes.
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with EHS rules, safety standards, and internal procedures.
- Work collaboratively within cross-functional and project teams.
- Provide technical support to team leaders when required.
- Ensure proper handover and communication between shifts.
- Be willing to travel to project locations as required to support operations.
What Do I Need to Qualify for This Job?
- Technical education in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Vocational High School or Associate Degree).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in railway vehicles or rolling stock maintenance.
- Strong technical expertise with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Valid technical certifications related to the area of expertise.
- Completion of relevant technical training programs or equivalent professional experience.
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
