What will you do?
The Logistics Data Analyst supports the logistics area through the collection, analysis, and presentation of operational data. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and basic analyses that improve visibility of the logistics process and facilitate decision making.
The role works closely with the team to ensure information quality, follow up on analytical activities, and progressively learn key supply chain tools and processes.

• Support in collecting and cleansing data related to inventory, order fulfillment, storage, and logistics KPIs.
• Prepare reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel under supervision, ensuring periodic updates.
• Monitor operational metrics, trends, and deviations, documenting findings and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and update logistics master data (storage types, Kanban, containers, strategies) with team review.
• Automate simple tasks in Excel or Power BI to reduce manual workloads.
• Participate in descriptive analyses (trends, comparisons, inventory levels, time‑related data).
• Support multidisciplinary projects by providing information, databases, and required reports.
• Collaborate with areas such as Logistics, Logistics Operations, and Projects to standardize processes and ensure operational alignment.

What do you need to succeed?
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Information Systems, Administrative Informatics, or related fields.
• Basic supply chain and logistics operations concepts.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic functions).
• Initial Power BI knowledge (visualizations, basic modeling).
• Familiarity with SAP (MM or WM is a plus).
• Basic understanding of databases and descriptive analytics (desirable).
• Intermediate English level.
• Basic analytical thinking and curiosity for data.
• Discipline in following up on activities and deliverables.
• Attention to detail and focus on information quality.
• Clear communication skills to present findings.
• Teamwork and collaboration with operational areas.
• Proactivity to learn new tools.
• Organization and time management.
