You'll make an impact by

• You support the Product Management team in conducting market research and competitive analysis to help shape the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace’s strategy
• Next, you assist with gathering, documenting, and structuring feature requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are clearly described and prioritized in the product backlog
• Building on this, you create enablement materials such as guides and concise content to facilitate the adoption of new features among key stakeholders
• You help communicate product updates by preparing articles for newsletters and sharing feature releases across various channels
• Finally, you collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success—to gain hands-on experience in agile product development within a B2B environment

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • You possess strong analytical and structured thinking skills, and are comfortable working with data and transforming it into clear narratives
  • You have an affinity for digital products and a keen interest in B2B platforms, e-procurement, or industrial commerce
  • You are familiar with productivity and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Notion, or similar
• Ways of Working: You demonstrate initiative, reliability, attention to detail, and take ownership of your tasks
• Languages: You have excellent written and spoken English skills; German is a plus
