Dear Aspirant!

We empower our people to stay resilient and relevant in a constantly changing world. We’re looking for people who are always searching for creative ways to grow and learn. People who want to make a real impact, now and in the future. Does that sound like you? Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.

We are looking for: Dev Ops Engineer

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Designing, building, and operating automated cloud and on‑prem IaaS using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and configuration management (Ansible) to meet or exceed SLAs/SLOs
  • Implementing and maintaining secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD) that accelerate delivery across dev, QA, and production
  • Managing a service‑critical Git codebase (GitLab/GitHub), defining branching, review, and release standard processes
  • Running a 24×7, global, highly available SaaS environment with robust monitoring, alerting, incident response, and clear post‑mortems
  • Building and operating container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), including ingress, scaling, and cluster lifecycle automation
  • Elevating platform security and compliance across networking, firewalls, VPN, identity/roles, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and audit readiness
  • Driving observability end‑to‑end using CloudWatch/CloudTrail, Grafana, Kibana, and Datadog; improving reliability, capacity, and cost efficiency
  • Partnering with development, QA, and customer value realization teams to remove delivery friction and enable self‑service, standardization, and guardrails
  • Leading or chipping in to proofs‑of‑concept and first‑of‑a‑kind initiatives to validate new product and platform capabilities
  • Documenting architectures, SOPs, and runbooks; mentoring teammates and promoting best practices across operations
  • Contributing to operations strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement across deployment, maintenance, cost control, security, monitoring, and auditing

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • 5–8 years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud Operations with a Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Public cloud platforms—AWS (certifications a plus) and Azure—including core services, IAM, networking, and Cloud APIs
  • IaC & automation: Terraform (and/or CloudFormation), Ansible; CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Argo CD
  • Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift; image registries, Helm/Operators, and runtime security
  • Programming & scripting: Bash/sh/ksh/Python; strong Linux administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Source control: Git with GitLab/GitHub; trunk/branch strategies, code reviews, and release management
  • Networking & security: routing/switching, load balancers, DNS, TLS, VPN, firewalls; secrets management (e.g., Vault) and policy/compliance
  • CI/CD security: secret management, SBOM and artifact governance (Artifactory), code quality & scanning (SonarQube), and container/image scanning (e.g., Aqua)
  • Observability & logging: CloudWatch/CloudTrail, Grafana, Kibana, Datadog; metrics, tracing, log pipelines, and alerting
  • Software & platform foundations: microservices, asynchronous patterns, message queues, RESTful APIs
  • Enterprise scale operations: distributed systems automation, high availability, DR, change management, and audit readiness
  • ? Professional skills: problem solving, ownership, clear communication, cross‑functional collaboration, mentorship, and the ability to present technical concepts to a business audience
