We are looking for: IOPS Developer-Senior

You’ll make an impact by:

• Designing, building, and operating scalable integrations and services that connect Salesforce B2B Commerce, Zuora, SAP, payment providers, and other enterprise systems—enabling a seamless discovery‑to‑purchase journey.
• Turning requirements into working software by refining user stories, planning sprints, participating in scrum rituals, and delivering to commitments in close collaboration with Technical Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, and your scrum team.
• Developing secure, performant APIs (REST, SOAP, and Salesforce APIs) and maintaining efficient system connections with strong observability and optimal performance.
• Applying CI/CD pipeline practices and modern engineering standards to improve reliability, release speed, and overall product quality.
• Working with ownership and efficiency, unblocking yourself when needed and communicating progress clearly while relying minimally on other IT professionals.
• Learning, adopting, and enriching best practices—from documentation and testing to reusable patterns—that elevate the team and support impactful projects at global scale

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 5–10 years as an integration developer with strong object‑oriented programming and excellent back‑end coding skills.
• TypeScript/JavaScript with server‑side development in Node.js or NestJS.
• REST API development and system integrations via REST, SOAP, and Salesforce APIs.
• Azure Tables and relational databases, along with proven Git workflows.
• Messaging‑driven architectures and event‑based integration patterns.
• Security fundamentals including OAuth2 and secure service‑to‑service communication.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies, plus hands‑on experience in a scrum environment (story grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retros).
• Requirements management and specification creation, as well as software documentation, testing, and business data management & modelling.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English for effective collaboration across teams.
• Nice to have / Preferred: B2B eCommerce domain knowledge (ideally Salesforce B2B Commerce, including previous experience of 5–7 years), Salesforce Admin/Developer certifications, and experience integrating with AWS and Azure.
