We are looking for: Technical Product Owner

You’ll make an impact by:

• Owning key capabilities on the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace, translating the eCommerce roadmap into clear, deliverable outcomes.
• Turning business needs into epics, user stories, and release plans, then leading scrum teams to deliver value iteratively and on time.
• Partnering closely with business owners, Senior Management, Architecture, Development, QA, Ops, and Security to prioritize work and launch high‑quality features.
• Shaping and documenting solutions using your eCommerce and Salesforce B2B Commerce expertise, and presenting capabilities to diverse technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Driving cross‑team alignment—facilitating discovery, detailing product specifications, coordinating integrations, and supporting successful go‑lives.
• Championing DCO standard processes in knowledge transfer, technology selection, capability roadmaps, and a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.
• Embedding Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices to improve predictability, release velocity, and product quality.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

• 7+ years in IT (or 5+ with a Master’s), including 5+ years in enterprise Agile SDLC and 3+ years in eCommerce.
• Product Owner experience (5+ years) with hands‑on scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps exposure (3+ year).
• Strong requirements gathering/aggregation abilities plus scripting/programming skills.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce B2B Commerce and modern digital commerce patterns.
• Bonus points for online software sales experience and familiarity with software business models (e.g., subscription, perpetual).
• Excellent partner management and communication, with a track record of guiding multi-functional teams to results.
