You will make a difference by:
  • Pursuing and expanding a portfolio of new Data Center clients, becoming their trusted partner in power transmission and distribution.
  • Relentlessly driving sales growth, proactively identifying, developing, and closing complex opportunities.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with a high-performing team of engineering experts, project managers, and estimators, leveraging collective strength to deliver unparalleled solutions.
  • Contributing strategically to the Data Center Business Unit's growth, reporting directly to the Team Lead Sales with insights and initiatives that propel us forward.

What will you bring to the table:

We're seeking a rare blend of a true go-getter who embodies integrity and demonstrates a dedication to client success and market leadership. You are an ambitious and resilient achiever who thrives on complex challenges and sees every obstacle as an opportunity.

  •  A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Power Systems).
  •  A powerful combination of at least 5 years of hands-on technical expertise in power transmission and distribution systems (medium to low voltage solutions) AND a proven track record in strategic sales and business development.
  • Datacenter market or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing and building trust with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects concurrently, always with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A flexible, adaptable mindset and a readiness to travel (~30%) to meet global client needs.
  • Unwavering resilience and determination to navigate and succeed across both short and extended sales cycles, consistently delivering results.
  • A personal commitment to integrity in all dealings, building lasting relationships based on trust.
