In this role, you will independently drive and manage IT demand management and portfolio for country units, ensuring alignment with global strategies. You will also lead strategic projects and programs while ensuring business continuity and impact. You will be the demand / Project portfolio owner and will develop and maintain IT portfolio.

Responsibilities:

•       Portfolio management: Develop and maintain the IT portfolio strategy. Drive overall accuracy on IT portfolio strategy for assigned country. Cluster and compare with existing solutions in the IT Portfolio and in the demand backlog​ (proximity analysis).

•       Demand and Project management: Capture and evaluate incoming IT demands in line with global demand management process. Align and inform respective IT Business Partner on progress of IT Demands and Projects. Responsible for end-to-end demand and project management in such a way that business objectives are met. Streamline demand management process. Handle special projects.

•       Business alignment and proximity: Facilitate the prioritization of projects based on strategic alignment, resource availability and risks. Contribute to developing IT digital roadmaps

•       Process management: Document process management and IT tools for the country units, following business capabilities. Identify and manage process exceptions.

•       Innovation: Define AI innovation and adaptation program, including success criteria, KPIs and business impact

Requirements:

•       Preferably graduate degree in IT/Computer Science/Finance + masters in business administration or marketing coupled with AI /data minor.

•       6 to 8 years of experience in IT or Digital function (preferably in IT portfolio / IT project management as lead)

•       Strong enterprise level process orientation and certification in PMP or similar areas

•       Proven Demand and Project management skills

•       AI and Data expertise ( data management, hands on abilities on co-pilots, bots MS Technologies)

•       Good trainer with ability to curate training

•       Sound domain expertise in à Enterprise ( Sales and Service, Legal and Compliance, Finance and Procurement)

•       Requirements Engineering incl. business case

•       Business background in industrial environment with complex IT landscape
