We are looking for a Senior Requirements Engineer

You’ll make a difference by:

• Responsibilities
• Manage and develop requirements engineering processes and practices.
• Bridge the gap between requirements management and Agile teams, Product Owners, and Product Managers.
• Utilize requirements management tools like IBM DOORs, with additional experience in Polarion being advantageous.
• Refine requirements to ensure they meet technical specifications.
• Required Skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Rail domain.
• 5+ years’ experience in requirements engineering and development.
• Strong experience in requirements management tools such as Polarian.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
• Experience with requirements management tools like Doors.

Your success is grounded in:

• 5-8 years of experience is required.
• Great Communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
