About the role

We are a leading global software company dedicated to creating cloud hosted foundational service to cater to software applications for various Industrial use case. We are seeking an experienced full stack developer software engineer to join our team in building core data and Artificial Intelligence platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, hands on in develop, modify, and implement modular service for Data Mesh and Agentic AI use cases.

• Responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanism.

• Ability to understand sophisticated products, data models, and communication protocol. Strong understanding of Agentic AI and RAG.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of software engineers through the complete lifecycle of software development.

• Creates, documents, and implements software designs which may involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas.

• Collaborate regularly with other test engineers within the R&D Unit to set and drive the overall development strategy

• Provide guidance, coaching and apply innovative approaches to improve the productivity, efficiency and quality of product.

• Set the strategy and approach of non-functional requirements like performance and scalability

• Drive automation wherever possible

Technical Requirements:

       •     Several years (12+ preferred) of programming experience developing commercial software products using Python , Java, TypeScript,  NodeJS is preferred. 

• Experience in full stack development implementing micro service architecture leveraging cloud native PAAS services
• Understanding of RAG, Agentic AI and Data Mesh architecture design principal

• Good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, data modeling, algorithms,
• 4+ years experience in developing software solutions using cloud native services using AWS
• Experience with AWS service like EKS, SQS, Bedrock, Agent Core, SageMaker
• Experience with Agent Framework like Strands, Langgraph, LangChain,
• Hands on experience in AIML implementing vector service and RAG pipelines
• Experience in SDKs, Distributed systems, RDBMS, Microservice Architecture
• Experience in FastAPI, RESTful API's, MicroService, Containerization, Open Telemetry
• Experience with working on Gitlab, NPM, Sonar Cube, Terraform, Helm Charts
• Experience in writing Unit test, Feature Integration Tests, Automation using Postman, Newman, JMeter
• Experiecne in SQL and/or NoSQL Database concepts.
• Experience in system-design  and API designs
