The new Program Manager will be responsible for the implementation and execution of alternative manufacturing strategies for various product lines within the Siemens Apparatus Portfolio. The candidate will work with a cross-functional team focused on this critical business need. The cross functional team will consist of project management, application engineering, pricing, finance, operations, and procurement. The Program Manager will be the key business contact for the identified customer accounts.

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure the development and management of this program, follow appropriate practices, and follow necessary processes.
  • Prioritize projects with input from sales, product management, business development and the business segment leadership.
  • Key metrics for this role include cost improvement, profit, lead time reduction, standardization.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or business.
  • 5 plus years of experience in industry with demonstrated skills in program management, cost analysis, price management and process standardization.
  • Proficient with MS-Office applications.
  • Travel required will be less or around 25%.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
  • Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and business acumen
  • Solid financial knowledge to understand and participate in ongoing business planning and support bid reviews for the Offers teams.
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, and decision-making skills in a team environment, and demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communications skills to effectively and accurately communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of integration within E Houses/Buildings is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes
  • Advanced Degree in Management.

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
