We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our Cloud Security team. The successful candidate will own the strategic direction and performance of our global Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) service. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional services at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategic direction and overall performance of the global CNAPP service.
• Manage budget, vendor relationships, and resource allocation across the service lifecycle.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure service quality across all business units.
• Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery across all Siemens cloud environments.
• Oversee scanning and security posture of all cloud environments within the company.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing technology projects or services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Hands-on knowledge of cloud security and CNAPP tools (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Prisma Cloud).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks.
• Relevant certifications in cloud security and service management (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, ITIL, AWS/Azure Security)
