Channel Partner Manager (w/m/d)
As a Channel Partner Manager (f/m/d) in our Channel Partner department, you play a key role in driving the Electrification & Automation product and licensing business through indirect channels. You are responsible for identifying and expanding the business through diversified partnerships and across various verticals.

You’ll make an impact by
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and sales channels, and define the regional channel partner strategy for your area of responsibility.
- Be responsible for the rollout and management of partner and licensing programs.
- Manage market-oriented pricing for sales channels in close coordination with internal departments.
- Assess business potential by analyzing information from markets, customers, sales channels and competitors.
- Gather market information and consult regional companies and customers on new products with respect to energy technology (protection, power quality, substation automation, medium voltage components and medium voltage switchgear licensing).
- Plan and execute market launch initiatives for new products.
- Be responsible for the transparent reporting and controlling of KPIs and resulting activities and measures.
Your defining qualities
- Education: You have a bachelor´s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable.
- Experience & Skills:
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in technical sales or product management, specifically in an operational sales function within the energy, protection & automation, and medium voltage technologies sectors.
- You are experienced in driving sales growth and achieving regional KPI targets.
- You have a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies through indirect sales channels.
- Ways of working:
- You're a proactive team player who loves to contribute and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves. The idea of continuous learning excites you, and you're eager to collaborate with colleagues and expand your knowledge.
- You are flexible and open to international business trips including long-distance flights.
- Languages: You are fluent in written and spoken English and ideally also in German, which will enable you to communicate and collaborate effectively with our diverse international teams. Additional language skills would be an advantage.
