We have an exciting opportunity for an Intern – Learning & Development Assistant to join our Customer Service Training Team, based in Sydney. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of technical training programs, contributing to the growth and capability of both employees and customers across Siemens Mobility.
This internship offers hands‑on exposure to instructional design, learning technologies and training operations within a global organisation.
In this role you will:
- Support the development of learning content by reviewing technical manuals and procedural documents, transforming complex information into clear and engaging training materials and presentation slides.
- Perform quality assurance and analysis of learning materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency and effectiveness through detailed reviews.
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including uploading courses, managing enrolments, generating certificates and producing training reports.
- Support the instructional design process, contributing to the design, development, updating and deployment of technical training courses.
- Test course assignments, quizzes and interactive elements, identifying issues and providing feedback to support continuous improvement.

- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- High level of comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
