We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services and leverage our powerful ecosystem of leading external and internal partners and our network of key delivery centers. We believe in the value of industry best-practice standards achieved through evolving technology and digitalization. We focus on employee experience as a key driver of our actions. In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner with.

Case Routing & SME Handover

  • Capture complete and clear case details, including employee contact information and preferred callback time
  • Support smooth handover to HR Admin, Payroll, T&E, or other expert teams as per defined routing model

  • Use AskHR tools and platforms such as:
  • Genesys (or equivalent) for voice support
  • People Center / Case Management tools for case creation and tracking
  • Workday and related HR systems for navigation and information support

Quality, Compliance & Collaboration

  • Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and data privacy requirements
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, training sessions, mock calls, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Flag knowledge gaps, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities to team leads

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR / Business Administration preferred
  • 1years–3 years of experience in AskHR / HR Helpdesk / Employee Support / Contact Center roles
  • Experience supporting UK or international employees is an advantage
  • Prior exposure to voice-based HR support preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR service delivery and employee support models
  • Ability to quickly interpret employee queries and provide accurate guidance
  • Experience with HR case management tools and HRIS platforms
