We are looking for an EHS Manager – eMobility North America. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC.
In this role, you will serve as the primary Environmental, Health, and Safety leader supporting eMobility manufacturing and test operations across North America. You will partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to embed safety into daily activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Leading Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across eMobility manufacturing and test operations, with primary onsite responsibility in Raleigh, NC
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies, procedures, and management systems aligned with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Driving factory-floor safety initiatives including hazard identification, risk assessments, ergonomics, and safe work practices
- Managing internal EHS and ISO audits, supporting certification maintenance, and driving corrective and preventive actions
- Partnering with plant leadership, supervisors, and hourly employees through safety committees, Gemba walks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting incident investigation, root cause analysis, and injury case management to reduce risk and improve safety performance
- Providing EHS guidance to engineering, test, and service teams, including remote advisory support as needed
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience with the following:
- Environmental, Health, and Safety leadership within manufacturing or factory environments
- Regulatory compliance, EHS management systems, and internal auditing
- Factory-floor safety including equipment safety, ergonomics, and industrial processes
- Risk assessment, incident investigation, and corrective action management
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, and leadership teams
- Ability to travel approximately 15%
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting electrical equipment or electrical product manufacturing environments
- ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Auditor certification or willingness to obtain after hire
- NFPA 70E Electrical Safety certification or similar electrical safety credentials
- Professional safety certifications such as CSP, CIH, or equivalent
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites or regional operations

The pay range for this position is 81,753 - 140,148 annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
