Your mission will be… 
  • Support our Workday Service and Project Management team in day‑to‑day operational and project-related activities;
  • Gain hands-on experience in a global service organization, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones;
  • Assist in maintaining and continuously improving the Service Framework, including documentation, processes, and reporting structures;
  • Support multiple projects in parallel by contributing to project transparency, tracking, controlling, and status reporting;
  • Help analyze service and project data, KPIs, and reports to support fact-based discussions and decision-making;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to align on activities, improvements, and best practices;
  • Bring a curious mindset and help us to drive the use of Artificial Intelligence (including Large Language Models) in selected service and project processes.

We are looking for someone with…
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or near completion) in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering, Digital Systems, or similar);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data-driven work;
  • Very good Excel skills, including working confidently with data (experience with macros is a plus, not a must);
  • Academic exposure or initial practical experience in Information Technology, Digital Services, IT Operations, Testing, or Service Management is an advantage;
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and a willingness to collaborate in an international environment;
  • High learning agility, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and ways of working;
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine interest in contributing to team collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
