Project specific intro:

Our project is developing internal tools and supporting a privileged access management service with scripts to automate tedious processes on both service operation and user side. Thus, not only developer skills are required but thorough knowledge of the supported system and familiarity with service operation.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Managing in progress Jira work items
• Developing solutions and PoCs for both colleagues and clients
• Maintaining code.siemens.net repository
• Keeping documentation up to date
• Supervise script executions with colleagues/clients
• Participating in agile ceremonies
• Supporting both direct colleagues and end-users

Your success is grounded in:

• Thorough knowledge of the supported PAM service
• Experience with programming and scripting languages Python, PowerShell, bash
• Basic knowledge of REST API
• Basic knowledge of markup/query languages (Json, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with Scrum/Kanban working methodology
• Systematic problem-solving
• Ability to work both alone and in a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

You’ll stand out with:

• Experience with computer networks, server and/or service operation, Virtual machines, AD management
• Experience with PAM (privileged access management) systems like Delinea Secret server, CyberArk)
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)
• Experience in ticket handling/ticketing systems
• Knowledge of GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD
• ITIL knowledge
• 2 - 5 years of working experience in Software and/or Script Development and Operation
