We are looking for job title : Solution Expert - AIS (Asset Identification Service)

You’ll create impact by

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for factories consuming AIS – OTAM, engaging directly with IT and OT stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding and requirement clarification, aligning solutions with Service Management and OPS teams.
• Develop scalable myIT Industrial Workspace implementations by translating monitoring and operational requirements into ServiceNow configurations.
• Analyse supervising data to deliver actionable insights for customers and internal teams.
• Own customer-facing technical expertise for Industrial Asset Hub (IAH), guiding secure deployment, findings review, and optimisation recommendations.
• Own customer-facing technical expertise for Lansweeper, guiding secure deployment, findings review, and optimisation recommendations.
• Define mitigation strategies by analysing security assessments and penetration test reports for AIS – OTAM solutions.
• Maintain security documentation, role and authorisation models, and protection concepts aligned with Zero Trust and compliance requirements.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• Apply 8–10 years total experience, including 5 years relevant AIS experience in customer-facing solution delivery.
• Use strong network expertise across firewalls, routing, and switching in both IT and OT environments.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with myIT ServiceNow, including the Industrial Workspace, dashboards, alerts, templating, and integrations.
• Apply expert knowledge of scanning tools IAH and Lansweeper across deployment, maintenance, and development requirements.
• Strengthen security through firewall policy management, risk analysis, and practical mitigation strategies.
• Communicate sophisticated technical topics clearly to factory teams, service management, and management stakeholders in English.

·       German language skills are highly desirable

• Operate independently in a global virtual team, working optimally in the CET time zone while based in India.
