The Mendix Application Manager will be responsible for L3 application support, AMS operations, and minor enhancements for Mendix-based applications, ensuring stability, compliance, and secure operations in line with enterprise standards.

You’ll break new ground by

• Provide L3 support for Mendix applications, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management
• Handle AMS support activities, ensuring SLA adherence and operational stability.
• Develop and deliver minor enhancements and optimizations based on business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to CYS compliance standards, including security and regulatory requirements.
• Execute protection concepts, zero-trust initiatives, and manage all import/export governance activities.
• Work closely with security and governance teams to ensure application compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage incidents, changes, and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Follow and apply ITIL framework best practices for incident, problem, change, and service management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Mendix development and L3 application support.
• Strong background in AMS delivery and support models.
• Exposure to enterprise security standards, CYS compliance, and zero-trust principles.
• Experience with ServiceNow and working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
