We are looking for a Software Engineer – .NET (C# / WPF)
A quality‑driven developer who can design, build, and maintain robust Windows desktop applications while collaborating across geographies and contributing to continuous improvement.
You’ll make a difference by:
• Designing and implementing Windows desktop–based client‑server applications using C# and WPF (preferred), following OOAD methodology.
• Developing and maintaining automated unit tests using tools such as NUnit, Moq, SpecFlow, NCover/OpenCover, ensuring high code quality and reliability.
• Adhering to process and quality standards by producing artifacts such as review logs, RCA reports, traceability matrices, and actively participating in process audits, quality gates, and project status reviews.
• Interfacing closely with global development teams and product owners based in Switzerland and Chicago to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Representing technical topics confidently in sprint demos, client meetings, and other forums, communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrating a strong quality orientation throughout the software development lifecycle.
You’ll win us over by:
• Holding an engineering degree with 2–5 years of demonstrable experience in software development.
• Having strong hands‑on experience with C#.NET, WinForms, databases, XML, OOAD, design patterns, and UML.
• Bringing working knowledge or hands‑on experience with WPF and test automation frameworks such as NUnit, Moq, SpecFlow, NCover, or OpenCover.
• Possessing exposure to web technologies, including designing and/or consuming REST APIs and Angular for UI development.
• Understanding cross‑platform development in .NET, which will be considered an added advantage.
• Showing a continuous improvement mindset with a solid focus on quality, maintainability, and best practices.
