Requirement Manager

The Requirements Manager is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and closure of all technical project requirements in line with applicable rules and guidelines within the project organization.

Your role
- Develop and implement the overall requirements management plan, processes, and procedures for the project
- Ensure compliance with requirements management processes across all project disciplines
- Define requirements processes, responsibilities, and structures for the DOORS requirements management tool in collaboration with involved subsystems
- Identify, analyse, and structure all contractual system and process requirements prior to implementation in DOORS
- Coordinate with subsystems to maintain clear ownership, attributes, and continuous traceability of contractual requirements
- Oversee requirements traceability in line with the V‑model and prepare verification and acceptance documentation
- Lead the assigned requirements team and manage task planning and reporting to the Project Manager
Your qualifications and skills to create a better tomorrow
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, preferably with a railway‑specific qualification
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in railway transportation systems and execution of major rail projects
- Strong technical knowledge across key railway subsystems such as signalling, communications, electrification, power supply, rolling stock, SCADA, and track works
- Proven experience working within large, complex railway project execution teams
- Proficiency in requirements management tools and IT systems (e.g. DOORS, Excel, MS Office)
- Strong understanding of contractual technical requirements and project management principles
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills, with a structured and independent working approach
- Fluency in written and spoken English
