We're at the forefront of 2.5D and 3D System-in-Package (SIP) design, integrating advanced EDA and MCAD tools. You'll be a key player in developing innovative solutions for architectural planning, physical design, multi-die analysis, and manufacturing tests
Job Responsibilities:
- Test (DFT), test pattern generation, and fault analysis!
- Create scalable and innovative automation solutions to streamline and improve DFT workflows using Python, Tcl/Tk, Bash, and other scripting languages.
- solving skills to address sophisticated challenges related to DFT architectures, test methodologies, and EDA tool flows!
- Continuously improve and optimize DFT methodologies for sophisticated technology nodes to reduce test costs, improve fault coverage, and increase test time efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with CAD, DFT, and design teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with industry standards such as IEEE 1149.x, 1500, 1687, and 1838.
- Lead build data and EDA infrastructure, including tool installation, server environment setup, and solving across Linux and Windows platforms.
Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrate strong software development skills with proficiency in C++ and Python, along with experience in Tcl/Tk and Shell/Bash scripting.
- Possess a proven understanding of data structures and protocols for software development in Linux and Windows environments.
- Exhibit deep knowledge of ASIC DFT methodologies, including Scan, MBIST, and ATPG techniques.
- scale design data efficiently.
- Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in multi-functional teams, with strong written and verbal English interpersonal skills.
Good to have skills:
- leading DFT tools such as Siemens Tessent.
- STACK solutions.
- Practical exposure to MBIST, Scan, LBIST, ATPG, and HSIO technologies.
