Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Controlling Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving financial transparency, optimizing performance, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization. As a vital member of the controlling team, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, ensuring alignment with our business goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Commercially support the business heads in their budget planning processes and partner in close collaboration to control the actuals vis-à-vis the reported budgets.
  • Responsible for overall business forecasts, budgets, actuals and reports the same in Hyperion tool.
  • Responsible for monitoring & controlling the costs to report accurate forecasts after close alignments with the business head.
  • Monitoring the profitability/NCE/Cashflow balances to ensure proper forecast reporting.
  • The candidate would specifically interact with business teams as a trusted Commercial and Business Administration Partner and controller in supporting the business Head to ensure effective commercial and business administration support in all processes.
  • Preparation of MIS for monthly monitoring and presentation to the business head, cater to the presentation and ad hoc requests of function head and HQ.

Your success is grounded in:

  • You have more than 8 years of significant experience in controlling. Good proficiency with Advanced MS excels, word and PowerPoint, SAP, Hyperion
  • You have bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce
  • Influencer, solution provider, executioner, and ability to present and possess strong communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate messages to management as and when required.
  • Have a vibrant personality & friendly attitude, Positive, inspiring and motivating person with passion and drive
  • Strong analytical approach, proactivity, priority management and organization
  • Ability to communicate with different partners and teamwork oriented
