We are looking for a highly consultative Business Systems Analyst who is passionate about understanding business needs and transforming them into scalable technology solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, analyzing operational challenges, and designing improvements across enterprise applications connected to Salesforce ecosystems.

You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, helping drive smarter processes, system enhancements, and automation opportunities through a mix of business analysis and low-code solution building.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and operational needs.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system and application solutions.
  • Drive enhancements and implementations across enterprise SaaS platforms connected to Salesforce environments.
  • Support initiatives related to CRM, Lead-to-Opportunity processes, Customer Success Automation, Professional Services Automation, and related systems.
  • Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved user experience.
  • Build and validate prototypes in sandbox environments using low-code/no-code configurations and UI-based automations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business users to define and document functional requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Participate in backlog prioritization, solution discussions, QA testing, and release validation.
  • Create clear documentation including process flows, business requirements, and system functionality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical/system solutions.
  • Experience working with SaaS applications and enterprise systems connected to Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools, workflows, automations, or system configuration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly understand business processes and propose scalable improvements.
  • Curiosity, ownership, and passion for improving processes through technology.

Technical Experience We Value

  • Salesforce ecosystem experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or related).
  • Experience configuring workflows, flows, automations, or business process solutions.
  • Exposure to integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, Customer Success, or Professional Services platforms.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, FreshService, or similar platforms.
  • SQL, Apex, APIs, or integration knowledge is considered a plus.
  • Experience with platforms such as Certinia, Avalara, Sage Intacct, Salesforce Billing, or similar is a plus.
