Then come and join our Vietnam team as CLS (Co lab Solutions) Product Manager is responsible for driving the business performance, lifecycle management, and market success of CLS products in Vietnam. The role covers strategy development, market analysis, go-to-market execution, and close collaboration with sales, application, service, regulatory, and regional teams to achieve sustainable growth.

Your Role:

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
  • You are responsible to own end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned CLS solutions (Atellica ci, Atellica solutions, assays penetration).
  • You are responsible to develop and execute annual product strategy, business plans, and growth initiatives aligned with ASN and APJ priorities.
  • You are responsible to manage product portfolio optimization, including product launches, phase-outs, and portfolio gaps.
Market & Business Analysis
  • You are responsible to conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
  • You are responsible to monitor pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements relevant to CLS products.
  • You are responsible to provide accurate forecasting, demand planning inputs.
Go-to-Market & Execution
  • You are responsible to lead product launch planning and execution, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and sales tools.
  • You are responsible to define pricing strategies in collaboration with finance and commercial teams.
  • You are responsible to support key tenders, major deals, and reference site development.
Sales & Customer Support
  • You are responsible to act as a product expert to support the sales team during customer meetings, negotiations, demo strategy.
  • You are responsible to work closely with applications and service teams to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • You are responsible to build strong relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, and hospitals.
  • Cross-functional & Regional Collaboration
  • You are responsible to coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure compliance and availability.
  • You are responsible to collaborate with APJ/Regional product teams on strategy alignment, product updates, and best practices.
  • You are responsible to collect voice of customer feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Training & Communication
  • You are responsible to develop and deliver product training to sales, business partners.
  • You are responsible to prepare clear marketing materials, product documentation, and internal communications.
Your qualification and experience:
  • You have bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or commercial roles in diagnostics.
  • You have strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and hospital tender processes is preferred.
  • You have proven experience working in cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
Language & Travel
  • You are fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
