What you should expect:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Property Manager with 8– 10 years’ experience in managing Industrial real estate portfolio including offices, warehouse, manufacturing, and project-related assets.

What we are looking for (academically)

ü  Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).

ü  Master’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, project management, construction management is a plus.

ü  PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus.

ü  Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English for business purposes.

ü  Open to Travel and Mobile
