• 战略一致性：深入理解并参与订单处理以及物流的业务流程。确保应用程序与业务目标和技术路线图保持一致。
• 应用程序生命周期管理：负责西门子内部数字化物流平台等应用程序（如包含：快速下单平台、库存管理系统、ERP中台系统、双向传输服务器等）。监督从概念到退役的整个生命周期，包括设计、编码、测试、部署等。
• 项目管理：管理预算、时间表以及人员和工具等资源，同时降低风险（例如延误、成本超支）。
• 维护与优化：监控性能、解决问题并应用补丁/更新。优化应用程序以实现可扩展性、安全性和成本效益。
• 安全与合规：实施安全措施（例如加密、访问控制）并确保符合西门子法规。
• 协作与沟通：跨组织协作；弥合技术团队、业务部门和高管之间的差距。

你需要具备的品质：

• 具备计算机或物流管理、供应链背景，本科及以上学历。
• 具有 IT 项目管理和架构管理经验。
• 拥有 5年及以上数字化物流平台管理经验。
• 熟悉云平台和开源平台。
• 具有开发经验者优先。
• 英语听说读写流利。

For our Digital Industry China IT team, we are looking for an Application Manager to help us drive business application alignment and optimization within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

• Strategic Alignment: Deeply understand and participate in the business process handled by Deliver Chain Management (DCM). Ensure applications align with business goals and technical roadmaps.
• Application lifecycle management: Responsible for internal Siemens digital logistics platform and applications (including: quick ordering platform, inventory management platform, ERP middle ware system, bidirectional transfer server, etc.) Oversee the entire lifecycle from conception to retirement, including design, coding, testing, deployment, etc.
• Project Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources like personnel and tools while mitigating risks (delays, cost overruns).
• Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches/updates. Optimize applications for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) and ensure compliance with Siemens regulations.
• Collaboration & Communication: Cross organizations; bridging gaps between technical teams, business units, and executives.

Your defining qualities

• Background in computer science or logistic management, or supply chain, with a bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience in IT project management and architecture management.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital logistic platform management.
• Familiarity with cloud and open-source platforms.
• Development experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
