The requirement is for the mixed signal simulation (Symphony) team in Noida. Symphony is one of the fastest growing and widely adopted mixed signal simulation product from Siemens EDA. We have a unique capability to work with industries leading digital and analog simulators. With focus on leveraging the capabilities of AI technologies, we are building some unique and highly productive flows and solutions to set the benchmark of next gen mixed signal technologies. The candidate would be responsible for creation and maintenance of the most efficient and robust automated, build, regression, release, install, CICD, Jenkins, source code versioning systems, dockers, machine configurations, OSS, development environment.
This role is based in Noida. But you’ll also get to visit other locations in India and the globe, so you’ll need to go where this job takes you. In return, you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries and the shape of things to come.
Description:
Join a well-established DevOps group working on infrastructure, security, framework, and scalability solutions for our platform. Maintain meaningful infrastructure services and develop new ones:
Collaborate with Developers, QA and IT professionals in a global organization to support their needs and add long-term value to the business
We are looking for someone to design, improve, implement, release and maintain infrastructure that meets functionality, usability, reliability, performance/capacity and supportability requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement of architecture, infrastructure, processes, skills and the organisation, including influence on the strategic direction and technology used for development
Responsible for the build/regression/development processes/machine configuration/continuous integration/release management/automation of developments processed etc in a rapidly growing product/team.
Qualifications
- 4-8 Years of Experience in Build and Release/Configuration Management.
- End-to-end knowledge of complex CI-CD automation and Jenkins administration.
- Must be an expert with version control systems: Git, Gitlab and LFS.
- Do you have a deep understanding of the DevOps role in complete SDLC processes?
- History of timely handling of customer releases with 100% accuracy.
- Solid understanding of configuration, installation, upgrades and migration of build/automation tools like GCC, Perl, Python, Boost, and CMake.
- Expertise in automating day-to-day activities with scripting languages like Shell, Perl and Python on the Linux platform.
- Knowledge of dockers, grids, modules, and C++ is an add-on.
