You’ll make a difference by:

  • Demonstrate strong domain knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes with a sound understanding of ICFR requirements.
  • Ensure all processing activities are executed consistently in compliance with documented procedures and policies.
  • Adhere to defined service levels and performance metrics, with a focus on audit compliance.
  • Exhibit a strong delivery mindset emphasizing quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Identify trends and potential risk areas based on audit outcomes and provide actionable insights into operations.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting processes, preferably in ERP environments (SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in ICFR control assessments, including evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness.
  • Exposure to the end-to-end assessment lifecycle, including:
    • Assessment preparation
    • Assessment execution
    • Control testing within defined audit cycles
  • Ability to communicate control effectiveness results to operational and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in maintaining audit documentation, including control assessment results in relevant tools and trackers.
