Business Administration Manager 

Siemens Mobility Limited


Responsibilities:

  • Take lead in budgeting and bidding process control during tender phase
  •         Control, analyze, forecast and report costs of projects
  • Together with Project Manager achieving financial results according to set targets with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments
  • Actively communicates with customers’ commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues
  • Together with the Project Manager setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager
  • Together with Project Manager identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities in projects
  • Supports Project Manager in selecting suppliers or subcontractors
  • Represents the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally
  • Take lead in customer quotation, order processing, delivery co-ordination, post shipment problem handling, account receivable follow up

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Studies or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably on infra-structure projects
  • Knowledge of SAP is a definite advantage
  • Analytical, self-initiative and team player with good communication skills
  • Well-versed in PC Software / Applications
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
