What you will do:
  • Execute project quality management and documentation control in line with PM@Siemens and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of project quality documents, including submission, review, version control, and archiving.
  • Support Project Managers in quality documentation revisions and change management to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Establish and maintain standardized quality document workflows to improve traceability and governance.
  • Quality management representative of the BU.

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines.
  • 3–5 years of relevant working experience in project management support, project quality management, document control, or quality administration, preferably in large-scale engineering, system integration, construction, or industrial projects.
  • Proven hands-on experience in
- Project quality documentation control and governance
- Document lifecycle management (submission, review, version control, archiving)
- Supporting multi-project environments with structured management frameworks
- Experience working within corporate or multinational organizations and complying with standardized project management and quality systems (e.g. PM@Siemens or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Experience supporting internal and external audits (quality, process, or project audits) is an advantage
