After the onboarding and a training phase you will be responsible for the whole project schedule management (Enterprise Scheduling) in the bid as well as project execution phase in Serbia via the Primavera EPPM P6 Oracle project planning tool.

What are my responsibilities?

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules covering the full project scope in accordance with tender, bid, and contractual requirements
• Consolidate individual functional schedules into an integrated overall project schedule
• Collaborate closely with project team members and line management to align schedules across all functions
• Perform continuous updating, monitoring, and controlling of project schedules throughout the project lifecycle
• Implement and maintain status and progress reporting
• Apply measurement criteria and control tools for: Project progress tracking, Early identification of risks and potential project delays, Definition and proposal of appropriate mitigation measures
• Conduct variance analyses between current schedules and approved project baseline(s)
• Develop and evaluate schedule scenarios
• Analyze and manage the critical path in alignment with bid and contractual documentation
• Manage schedule interfaces and interdependencies within the project
• Support resource planning and resource management activities
• Provide regular schedule reporting, including escalation of critical scheduling topics
• Prepare project specific schedule reports such as: Milestone Trend Analysis (MTA), Customer progress reports, S curves, Management summary reports

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Proven knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and project controlling methods (advantageous)
• Familiarity with scheduling and resource management techniques, such as network planning, milestone trend analysis, or earned value concepts (advantageous)
• Strong communication, moderation, and presentation skills
• Highly developed analytical and systemic thinking, combined with a structured and solution‑oriented working style
• Strong organizational skills when working with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in international project environments
• High level of self‑initiative and capability to work independently
• Very good knowledge of Serbian and English; German is an advantage
• Experience with Primavera EPPM P6 or similar scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project 2007 or later) is an advantage

Place of work: Serbia (with an intensive co-operation and communication with colleagues from Austria and Germany).
