You’ll make a difference by:

  • Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Finance and Accounting processes with a deep understanding of ICFR requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in IT-related queries, including working knowledge of Macros and .NET-based tools.
  • Ensure compliance with documented procedures and policies across all processing activities.
  • Meet defined service levels and audit-related performance metrics consistently.
  • Drive a high-quality service delivery culture with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Foster collaboration within the team ensures efficient and high-quality delivery.
  • Analyze audit findings, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback to operations.
  • Partner with Team Leads to drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit insights.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting processes, preferably in ERP environments (SAP).
  • Proven expertise in ITGC and ITAC assessment.
  • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in ICFR control assessments, including design and operating effectiveness evaluation.
  • Strong exposure to the complete assessment lifecycle, including:
    • Assessment planning and preparation.
    • Execution of assessments.
    • Control testing within defined audit cycles.
  • Ability to effectively communicate control assessment results to business and operational stakeholders.
  • Experience in maintaining, reviewing, and governing control assessment documentation in relevant tools and trackers.
