Service Engineer – Smart Building Solutions (BMS)
 
You’ll Make a Difference By:
  • Empowering Smart Environments: Lead the installation and commissioning of high-performance BMS systems, turning blueprints into intelligent, living buildings.
  • Mastering System Integrity: Carry out precision testing and validation (Point-to-Point, Loop testing) to ensure that the "digital heart" of the building meets global safety and reliability standards.
  • Driving Operational Resilience: Act as the technical guardian of live systems—diagnosing complex hardware and software faults and executing corrective maintenance to keep facilities running at 100%.
  • Restoring Mission-Critical Continuity: Be the first responder for emergency call-outs, using advanced troubleshooting to resolve breakdowns and minimize downtime for our most prestigious clients.
  • Optimizing for Sustainability: Analyze trends and alarm data to identify energy-saving opportunities, helping customers reduce their carbon footprint through smarter building control.
  • Consulting & Collaboration: Provide expert technical guidance to contractors and clients, acting as a trusted advisor who translates complex data into clear, actionable solutions.

Your Defining Qualities:
  • The Technical Core: You hold a Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Building Automation (or a related field).
  • Proven Field Expertise: You have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in BMS, Fire, or Security systems. You aren't just a theorist; you know your way around a plant room.
  • Systems Fluency: You have a solid grasp of Control Logic, Networking principles, and how integrated ELV systems communicate.
  • Analytical Mindset: You can read a schematic like a second language and enjoy the "detective work" of finding the root cause of a software or hardware glitch.
  • Customer-Centric Spirit: You are a clear communicator who stays calm under pressure, whether you’re speaking to a site manager or an internal engineer.
  • Agile & Ready: You hold a valid license and are ready to tackle the challenges of a dynamic site environment, including on-call rotations when our customers need us most.
