In our Reporting & Analysis team, we are looking for an experienced Managing Consultant who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for leadership and business development. This role sits at the intersection of expert consulting and team leadership, offering the opportunity to shape both project delivery and team growth.

You will spend ~50% of your time driving high-impact projects in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake, while the remaining time is dedicated to developing business opportunities, mentoring colleagues, and strengthening our consulting community.

Your profile for "Driving impact and leadership":
  • You have strong expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and/or Snowflake, with hands-on project delivery experience.
  • You have experience leading or coordinating projects, including stakeholder management and solution ownership.
  • You understand data architectures, ETL processes, and analytics solutions.
  • You balance technical delivery with business needs and communicate insights clearly to different stakeholders.
  • You bring a collaborative mindset, enjoy mentoring others, and work effectively in international, cross-functional teams.
  • You show high ownership, resilience, and adaptability, are willing to work on-site regularly, and ideally hold relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum, ITIL, PM, Data/Cloud).
