Requirements:

1.      Power Platform & Low-Code Technologies:

·       Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including:

1.      Power BI

2.      Power Automate (Power Flows)

3.      Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)

·       Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale low-code solutions

·       Ability to lead platform standards, best practices, and technical governance

2.      Snowflake & Data Engineering:

·       Working Data Engineer level of expertise in Snowflake, including designing the Data Pipeline and Data transformation

·       Strong experience in building end-to-end data pipelines covering ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption layers.

3.      Copilot Studio & AI Solutions:

·       End-to-end experience in designing, building, and deploying Copilot Studio agents

·       Experience implementing AI-powered solutions for:

1.      Employee productivity

2.      Business process automation

3.      Customer or partner-facing use cases

·       Ability to integrate Copilot Studio with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services

·       Strong understanding of responsible AI, security, and compliance in enterprise environments

4.      Power BI & Analytics:

·       Advanced experience in Power BI dashboard and report development Strong knowledge of:

1.       Data modeling and semantic layer design

2.       DAX and performance optimization

·       Experience defining analytics standards and reusable datasets for enterprise reporting

5.      Platform Governance & DevOps:

·       Experience implementing Power Platform governance, including:

1.      Environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod)

2.      Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies

3.      Security and access control

·       Knowledge of ALM and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions

·       Proficiency with version control systems and collaborative development workflows

What are my responsibilities?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Lead to drive the design, development, and governance of enterprise digital solutions. This role is primarily hands-on, while also providing platform leadership across Power Platform and Copilot Studio initiatives.

§  Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.

§  Good hands-on experience in Snowflake, SQL, and Python or any programming language

§  Develop enterprise-grade analytics solutions using Power BI, including optimized data models and dashboards.

§  Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and enterprise APIs.

§  Act as Power Platform lead, defining standards, templates, and best practices.

§  Implement and enforce Power Platform governance, security, and compliance policies.

§  Establish and maintain ALM and CI/CD processes for Power Platform solutions.

§  Work directly with global business and product stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution designs.

§  Mentor and guide other Power Platform developers and contributors.

§  Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making.

§  Stay current with the latest Power Platform, Copilot, and AI capabilities and drive innovation within the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

§  B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical or related discipline).

§  8+ years of overall IT experience, with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Snowflake as Data Engineer.

§  Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

§  Proven experience delivering Copilot Studio–based solutions end to end.

§  Strong experience with Azure services and API integrations.

§  Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with governance and compliance requirements.

§  Proven ability to work directly with global stakeholders.

§  Strong understanding of Power Platform security, DLP, and ALM.

§  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

§  Ability to lead technically while remaining hands-on.
