What you’ll be doing

• Support and optimise enterprise data centre and cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to infrastructure transformation and modernisation initiatives across hybrid environments
• Lead escalation resolution across complex incidents and outages
• Drive system integration and architecture improvements
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver resilient solutions
• Liaise with global technical teams across multiple regions to ensure consistent standards and delivery alignment
• Support ongoing evolution of infrastructure, automation, and cloud capabilities

Core Technical Skills required

Networking & Security
TCP/IP networking, Juniper & Cisco switching, JunOS and firewall troubleshooting, wireless enterprise connectivity

Data centre & Cloud Infrastructure
Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments, Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Microsoft 365, Windows 11 enterprise deployments, VMware, Dell VxRail, backup and recovery using Dell Avamar & Veeam

Identity & Systems
Active Directory design, administration, and troubleshooting, enterprise systems integration and lifecycle management

Soft Skills required (critical to success in this role)

• Strong escalation and incident management capability
• Vendor and stakeholder management across technical and business teams
• Project and transformation delivery across multiple workstreams
• Systems architecture thinking with an integration-first mindset
• Ability to effectively liaise with global teams across time zones and regions
• Calm and structured decision-making during critical incidents
