About the Job
The Marketing Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic co-pilot to Marketing Leadership, combining financial expertise with a strong understanding of SaaS marketing (demand generation, digital performance, product marketing, and growth marketing).
In this role, you will help ensure marketing investments translate into scalable pipeline, revenue, and long-term customer value.
As part of the Sales & Marketing Finance team within FP&A, you will partner closely with Performance Controlling and Portfolio & Services Finance and report to the Business Unit CFO. You will also work closely with senior Finance and Marketing leaders.
What You Will Do
- Act as a Finance business partner to the global CMO and North America leadership team, providing insight, financial guidance, and constructive challenge to support sustainable growth and profitability
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for the North America Marketing organization
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and partner with senior team members to evaluate and improve return on investment across programs and channels
Marketing & Growth Analytics
- Analyze pipeline and demand generation economics, including pipeline generation, MQL/SQL conversion, revenue impact, cost per lead/opportunity, and pipeline efficiency
- Evaluate channel investment and value optimization, including return on investment across paid media, SEO/organic, events, and campaigns
- Assess funnel and growth performance (awareness to retention), identifying conversion trends and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze customer economics, including CAC, LTV/CAC ratio, payback period, and marketing-sourced ARR
Strategic & Cross-Functional Support
- Provide financial input to support go-to-market strategies, including product launches and market expansion
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop and refine marketing opportunity models
- Identify data trends and deliver actionable insights to support informed decision-making
- Investigate performance trends and anomalies, identify root causes, and recommend next steps
Process Improvement & Reporting
· Lead FP&A digital initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and AI adoption (e.g., Product P&L, ARR bridge, churn prediction)
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to build and enhance automated reporting and dashboards
- Support the development of real-time insights into marketing and sales performance metrics

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in financial analytics, sales or marketing analytics, or consulting or advisory experience in a SaaS environment (or experience gained through a finance talent development program)
- Experience building financial models, including analysis of customers, products, or sales performance
- Advanced experience with digital tools and automation (e.g., Power BI, KNIME, Alteryx, Snowflake); familiarity with Anaplan is a plus
- Exposure to using AI to improve financial analysis, reporting, or operational efficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with key sales and marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, MQL/SQL, conversion rates, AOV, TCV, LTV)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and related analytics tools (e.g., Clari) is a plus
- Experience communicating complex financial information clearly to senior team members

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
