Sr Process Associate – Hire to Retire

Position Overview:
The role is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR administrative support for UK employees, managers and HR colleagues. The position ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of HR lifecycle activities while working closely with UK Front Office teams.
You’ll make a difference by:
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support:
- Complete HR administration activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, employee data maintenance, and offboarding for UK employees
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems in line with UK policies, SLAs, and data privacy requirements
- Support HR employee master data changes such as personal data changes, job changes, organizational updates, and documentation management
Case & Request Handling:
- Handle HR service requests and cases through designated HR service platforms within agreed turnaround times
- Ensure correct routing, documentation, and closure of cases with high quality and attention to detail
- Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Stakeholder & Process Coordination:
- Work closely with UK Front Office HR teams, Payroll, and other dependent teams to ensure smooth handoffs and issue resolution
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, process updates, and transition-related activities
- Escalate risks, delays, or data inconsistencies proactively
Compliance & Quality:
- Ensure adherence to UK labor regulations, internal HR policies, and data protection standards
- Follow defined SOPs and contribute to process documentation updates
- Support audits, quality checks, and internal reviews as required
Your success is grounded in:
- 1year–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services / Back Office HR Administration
- Prior exposure to UK HR processes is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Experience working in a global or multi-country delivery model preferred
- Solid understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, People Center, ServiceNow, or similar HRIS tools
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy attitude
- Clear written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to work with global stakeholders across time zones
- Strong ownership, process discipline, and problem-solving orientation
