Today, we are recruiting for a Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator to join our Rolling Stock team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

• Implement and monitor HSE procedures across Rolling Stock worksites.
• Support contractors and subcontractors in maintaining safety standards.
• Supervise activities and ensure compliance with Egyptian law and international standards.
• Align with consortium and contractor HSE requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and review safe systems of work.
• Ensure site personnel are trained and authorized.
• Lead weekly toolbox talks and promote a culture of safety.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You have 3 - 5 years of proven work experience in the EHS field.
• You hold an environmental certification (e.g., OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH, OFQUAL).
• You have experience in lifting operations and auditing.
• You have strong project management mindset with proven delivery capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic; German is a plus.
