What you’ll do:
As a Continuous Improvement Business Excellence Professional, you'll be a key driver in shaping our operational excellence journey. Your mission will be to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our processes are as efficient and effective as possible, end-to-end.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: You'll be the go-to expert, supporting and coaching teams across the organization to identify, plan, and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, always with a holistic, end-to-end process view.
- Drive Transparency & Reporting: Establish robust reporting mechanisms and dashboards to gain transparency into our CI efforts, track progress, measure impact, and celebrate successes across various initiatives.
- Develop & Advise on Training: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advise on, develop, and refine training materials and content related to Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other CI methodologies, ensuring our teams are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge.
- Identify & Analyze Opportunities: Proactively identify areas for process optimization, waste reduction, and value creation through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate & Lead Workshops: Design and facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions and drive problem-solving initiatives.
- Foster a CI Mindset: Act as a change agent, inspiring and mentoring colleagues to embrace a continuous improvement mindset and actively participate in process enhancements.
What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for someone with a blend of technical expertise, practical experience, and a collaborative spirit.
- GBS Experience: Proven experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment, understanding shared services models and their unique operational challenges.
- Language Fluency: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our diverse global teams. Additional languages are a plus!
- Methodology Mastery: Strong training and hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), Agile, or similar frameworks.
- Project Track Record: A demonstrable track record of successfully implemented projects that have led to measurable organizational improvements, cost savings, or enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
- AI‑Enabled Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate experience in AI tools or relevant training, with practical application in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence work.
- Communication & Coaching Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively coach, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Change Management Acumen: Experience in supporting change management initiatives, helping teams adapt to new processes and ways of working.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with process mapping tools, data analysis, and project management software.
