As a Senior Project Manager and Functional Consultant, you will lead AI-driven digitalization projects and initiatives including assisting in business analysis, solution ideation, and implementation efforts. You will work closely with other delivery project members and cross-functional teams, gather business requirements, and contribute to designing and deploying digital solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Product Ownership

• Lead cross-functional project implementations end to end and act as a product owner for digital software products

• Responsibility for customer communication and project budget

Business Analysis & Strategic Consulting

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven digitalization.

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable insights for AI and digitalization initiatives.

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives to drive successful solution implementation.

Solution Ideation & Implementation

• Lead solution ideation sessions with UX designers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to co-create and validate solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.

• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and IT teams to seamlessly integrate solutions into business processes, driving continuous improvement and ensuring smooth user adoption.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, Business Analysis, Digital Consulting, or related fields

• Basic understanding of AI technologies, automation, and digital platforms.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in English.

Preferred:

• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, RPA tools, or data analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, or UX methodologies.

• Interest in digital transformation and process optimization
