For Siemens Turkey R&D Department, we are looking for a Part-time Working Students to be located in Kartal who will support software development projects. 

 

What are my responsibilities?

  • Software design, implementation, debugging, unit tests, module tests, test automation, and involving in release tasks for industrial automation projects
  • Working well in a in a multi-site, international software development team

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in following disciplines: 
  • Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics and Automation & Control Engineering, etc.)
  • Willing to follow software engineering and/or test automation engineering career path. 
  • Intermediate command of English.
  • Minimum 2,5 days/week availability is expected (Hybrit working).
  • Eager to learn Industrial Automation domain know-how and Siemens specific technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of programming language is a must. 
  • Basic knowledge of source control tools is a must (e.g. SVN, Git, etc)
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools is a plus (e.g. Anthill, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, etc.)
  • Interest in AI/ML fundamentals and practical usage (e.g., using LLM tools responsibly for coding/testing, basic data handling, scripting for analysis)
