We are looking for an E2E Test Manager
The End‑to‑End Test Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality, completeness, and cross‑team alignment of all testing activities across the product value stream. Working within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) setup with multiple Agile Teams, this role ensures that integrated solutions meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements before release.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Team Coordination & Test Governance
- Coordinate E2E testing activities across several Agile development teams within the ART.
- Align test scope, timelines, and dependencies with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Architects, and Release Management.
- Establish and continuously refine E2E testing standards, processes, and quality criteria.
- Test Case Coordination & Delegation

- Validate the completeness and consistency of E2E test cases across process chains.
- Ensure that test documentation follows agreed standards and is maintained over time.
- E2E Test Planning & Execution

- Organize and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, user onboarding, training material alignment, and execution readiness.

- Support automation initiatives by identifying E2E scenarios suitable for automation.
You’ll win us over by:
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
- MUST have Experience as lead test management for web technologies: Dynamic 365 and Power BI, Power Apps.
- Nice to have experience in testing of web applications in the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps / Selenium / Cypress / Playwright.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, RestAssured).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) or containerization (Docker).
- Understanding of accessibility and security testing practices.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent (optional but preferred).
