Commercial Project Manager

We’re currently looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Project Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career - ideally with 1–2 years of experience - who is eager to grow, learn and build a long-term career within a global organisation.
Working alongside experienced project delivery and finance professionals, you’ll support the financial management of major Building Automation, Security and Sustainability projects across their full lifecycle - from Sales through to Delivery and completion.
What you’ll be doing
- Financial management and oversight of projects within the Buildings business unit
- Project forecasting, cost analysis and cash flow management
- Contract reviews and contractual risk management
- Monitoring project performance and profitability in pursuit of team KPIs
- Enforce financial compliance and providing commercial governance
- Working closely with project managers, sales teams and operational stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and smarter ways of working
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and digital innovation
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial, finance, project coordination or project support role
- Degree qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Business, Accounting or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Interest in technology, BI platforms, digital tools and process improvement
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
