Your Mission with Us asTechnical Project Coordinator – HMI Software Applications: Drive the Future of Mobility Software

We are looking for a dedicated and technically savvy person to support our dynamic software development team as a Technical Project Coordinator. In this key role, you will be the interface between our Developers, Testers, and Project Managers. You will ensure that our projects run smoothly, schedules are met, and potential challenges are identified and addressed early. If you enjoy organizing, communicating, and driving our software development forward with your technical understanding, then you've come to the right place!

Challenges that Await You

  • Task Tracking & Progress Monitoring: Monitor the status of development tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Schedule Management: Assist in creating and overseeing project schedules and milestones to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for information flow within the team and to stakeholders, coordinating alignments and meetings.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or issues in project implementation and work with the team to find solutions.
  • Technical Understanding: Comprehend the technical discussions of our software developers and prepare their content for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Meeting Moderation & Documentation: Support the preparation, moderation, and follow-up of team meetings, ensuring clear documentation of results.
  • Process Optimization: Actively contribute to continuously improving our internal processes and workflows.

What Will Make Your Application Stand Out

  • Technical Background: A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable education with relevant professional experience.
  • Understanding of Software Development: A fundamental understanding of software development processes, architectures, and technologies. You don't need to be a coder, but you should understand what the developers are talking about!
  • Experience in Project Management: Initial experience in coordinating projects or sub-projects, ideally in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Communication Skills: A communication talent who can convey complex issues clearly and proactively engage with people.
  • Organizational Talent: Structured, detail-oriented work style and the ability to maintain an overview even during busy periods.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking and the ability to find pragmatic solutions to challenges.
  • Team Player: Motivated to be part of a team and celebrate successes together.
  • Language Skills: Very good English and Spanish language skills, both written and spoken.

Tools: Familiarity with common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
Railway: General knowledge of the railway sector, standards, and regulations.
