We are looking for: Team Lead - S4/HANA Finance & Digital Transformation

You’ll make an impact by:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of S4/HANA Finance consultants at the India Tech Hub, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.
• Manage resource allocation, performance objectives, and facilitate collaboration across global teams and time zones.
• Drive the SHERPA X program as a lead contributor, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery of transformation achievements.
• Champion digital innovation by integrating AI, data and emerging technologies into finance processes.
• Collaborate with collaborators across business units to define and execute transformation roadmaps.
• Provide expert consultation and design end-to-end S4/HANA Finance solutions.
• Lead solution architecture discussions ensuring scalability, integration excellence, and adherence to guidelines.
• Drive process harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement across global finance operations.
• Leverage data thinking and AI for automation and intelligent finance processes.
• Stay current with innovations and industry trends, presenting data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance with minimum 4 years in S4/HANA Finance.
• Deep functional knowledge of S4/HANA Finance and other non SAP finance applications with hands-on configuration capabilities.
• Proven experience in full-cycle S4/HANA implementations, migrations, and transformations.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies and solution architecture.
• Solid understanding of financial processes (P2P, L2C, R2R), accounting principles, and process optimization methodologies.
• Proven team leadership experience with ability to inspire, develop, and manage talent effectively.
• Data-driven thinking – comfortable working with analytics, dashboards, and KPIs.
• AI affinity – genuine interest in AI applications, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and organizational levels.
• Growth mindset with entrepreneurial spirit – proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• SAP certifications in S4/HANA Finance highly valued.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA, or AI tools in finance applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS) and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
• PMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications.
• Previous experience in global, multicultural environments.
