We are looking for: S4/HANA Finance Consultant – HR Integration

You’ll make an impact by:

• Configure, implement, and support S4/HANA Finance modules
• Contribute to process harmonization and standardization initiatives across global operations
• Participate actively in the SHERPA X program's Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream, contributing to digital transformation initiatives
• Lead and optimize HR integration touchpoints including payroll integration to FI, HR Mini Master configuration, and Concur expense management integration
• Collaborate with various business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support integration scenarios between S4/HANA Finance and other enterprise systems ensuring data consistency and accuracy
• Conduct system configuration, customization, and enhancement activities aligned with standard methodologies
• Support end-to-end testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Document configurations, processes, and guidelines for knowledge sharing and compliance
• Support financial period-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring smooth execution
• Stay current with SAP innovations and S4/HANA Finance capabilities, recommending improvements
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement implementations

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance with minimum 2 years in S4/HANA Finance
• Strong functional knowledge of S4/HANA Finance modules and understanding about integration of Finance to HR
• Proven experience in S4/HANA Finance implementations, migrations, or transformation projects
• Solid grasp of financial processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Lead-to-Cash) and accounting principles
• Hands-on configuration and customization experience in S4/HANA Finance
• Experience with HR integration scenarios: payroll integration to FI, HR Mini Master, and Concur expense management
• Knowledge of integration technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, middleware solutions)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams
• Good communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business customers
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• SAP certifications in S4/HANA Finance are a plus
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation or R2R optimization projects
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA, or financial reporting tools
• Familiarity with various HR applications and its integration with S4/HANA Finance
• Understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and cloud integration capabilities
• Knowledge of data migration, data quality management, and master data governance
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial reporting
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Previous experience working in global, multicultural environments
